Get a day job and a partime night job or vice versa. Dont settle for jobs that pay 7.50 hr for the night shift you can easily find a job at night that pays 11 to 13 dollars. Save every single penny and you should be able to do it . If you do not live at home move back in with mom and dad so you can get out of paying rent and utilities. Thats about 1300 dollars a month which is not alot if you have two jobs. Just look at the bright side once your done paying the stuff off youll be an expert at saving money and life will seem a little easier good luck.

Deliver pizza. You said you have 6 months to make $8000 for a down payment to the lawyer. What are you doing that won't happen for 1/2 a year, but you already know how much the lawyer will charge? I suggest finding another way of doing it or putting it off until you have money.
