This may be a little work, but is does pay well. Rent a lawn aerator, and go door to door in your neighborhood, people are willing to pay around $35 for you to aerate the lawn. What this does is poke holes in the lawn, to allow better watering, and fertilizer into the lawn. The aerator is a gas powered machine and a normal yard may take twenty minutes. Rent one at your local rental places, in the yellow pages. College boys can make $400 a day.
