hi everyone, i got paid on a bad check it happen to be for a freelance job that i did, it turned out that the bank account was close i spent the money on my bills not only did i not get paid for my job but now i owe the bank money, with the daily charges i fear that i might have file for banqurptucy could i do that since i can not afford that i need people :(

No, do not file bankruptcy over this. I am sure this is stressful, but filing BK does not make sense here.
Call a branch at your bank, make an appointment with the manager. Explain to them what happened. Get them to stop charging you.
Write a short note to the company that issued you the bad check.....You gave a bad check, bank name, check date amount, number. Include a list of all the expenses you have incurred. Keep in mind the companies you wrote your checks to will charge you, ie the power company charges you for giving them a bad check. Tell them to send a certifed check for the orginal amount plus the expenses via certified mail immediately. Then call you with the tracking number. If they do not do this you will file a police report and take further legal action. Send this letter certifed mail the president of the company.

You were robbed. Report this person to the police. I don't care if it was your child. This person needs to be punished or they will keep on doing it. If you don't report them then you are enabling them.
