I want to reclaim my charges but I have 4 accounts and it looks like such a hassle, with so many upfront fees and so much stress. I was thinking of using a no win, no fee company. Can anyone recommend one?

I decided to pay a Collections company a one-off payment via direct debit for a monthly amount owed. The next month, they automtically deducted the same figure from my account without contacting me! (I had sent in a cheque as payment) The bank confirmed that a direct debit was not set up, which had it happened, they could help me. As it was a single debit, I'm on my own. The Collections company will check their phone message to confirm that I did not agree to a direct debit - but they are notoriously unreliable and have quite a bad reputation (as I garned ftrom the net)...is there anything else I can do? I think this should be highlighted to the FSA...but do Collections agencies authorised by FSA?

I found an old check thats like $200 and the expiration date is way past due. Did I just lose that money? or are there any alternatives to find a way to get it reissued to me. It's one of those after 180 or whatever days to be voided if not cashed.

I need a sum of money fast ( less than RM10,000 ), however as mentioned, i do have a bad credit history (it aint that bad!) and am based in KL, Malaysia.

Was wondering if anyone can help with this personal loan? I am able to provide with documents proving my fixed income and i have been working for over 2 years now.

Really need this money urgently. Can anyone advice/help?

Thanx!

You can buy or could of bought clothes that lasts you for years instead of always buying the lastest fad. Of course yu don't want to wear nothing from the 80's but at least you have more money to save. And that my friend is one of the secrets to getting rich... for the future. Why live for the moment and buy when you can save for a better life ahead??

Wouldn't everything just go to my wife? I understand a will just informs the judge of how I want my assets distributed - it doesn't 'side step' the probate process. I also understand the need for a revocable trust, to help lesson taxes and avoid probate (generalizing). I live in Ca. We are having a duaghter soon.

My assets are under 1 million but over 500k. I'd like some non biased feedback before I go to speak with an attorney.

Thanks!
