do you have to pay council tax on 2 properties i'm selling my house in the meantime i have been offred a warden control plase do yu have to pay for the 2 premises

it all depends. If you have moved into the warden control home and the house you have up for sale is empty and unfurnished you are allowed 6 months exemption after which time a 90% or 100% charge is made (depends in what your local council charges) this becomes a second home charge.
If you are remaining in your home until it is sold then the warden control home is your second home and depending if it has already had the exemption of 6 months by the previous occupier a charge of 90%/100% would be payable from the date of tenancy. Check with your local council and ask them if the warden control home has been vacated prior to your tenancy

The property that you are selling would be eligible for a discount if you were to move into the new place; I think it's a fifty per cent reduction if it's empty.

If the property is empty of furniture, including curtains, you will get a 50% discount on it.
