OK, so I'm in this jam...I need money for school...I'm about 10000 short. So, I have these two options:
Borrow it from a friend, or take out a loan.

Obviously no interest money from a friend is better than the loan (6% interest) but the thing is that borrowing money from someone impairs your relationship and you probably have to give it back sooner than the loan. And in case something goes wrong (like you don't get a job, or get fired), you can still afford the lowest payment for a loan as opposed to telling your friend that you can only give back 200 bucks until you get a job. So, which option is better in your opinion?

I had paid the bill online before using another bank account.
I opened a new account with chase and they double paid my chase credit card out of the old bank and the Chase bank. It was a huge payment and overdrew me at my old bank because I didnt expect it.
I am mad because they would not admit their mistake and now have waited for my checks to clear and plan to close the account.
They do not want me to close their account. They are not friendly at the teller window. The woman who I spoke with on the telephone about the double payment was rude and hateful and I just want out of this account. Now they want to talk to me before I close the account. Why?

Let's say someone is 2 years out of school and now makes 70K, but their college and grad school debt is 140K at 2.8% for 30 years. This person is not married, has no kids about 5K in credit card debt and is renting an aprtment at 600/month. Now after credit cards are paid off, should this person accelerate payments on their student loan or after paying high interest credit cards, should they buy a house, or save for retirement. This person is currently 30. This question came up because his student loan interest is so low, but he is woried about the total amount owed, but also wants to buy a house.

I dont know what to do with it. I have about 50K invested in it and just am totally burnt out at my nursing job. I have invested in some bonds and have savings and plan to put my future tax returns into a Roth. I want a less stressful job with a smaller company who probably does not have a retirement account. What should I do with this 403B?

If we let the car go to repossession, they auction it, it doesnt bring the payoff, in what ways will they come after me for the remainder? Can they take my home?

I am 23 and have been in the military for about 3 years. I have had a small amount of money invested in an ING account from a job that I left about five years ago. I would like to finally do something with it and am debating between a traditional IRA from ING, or a 401K. I am a total novice when it comes to investing and would like some advice from someone who knows what they are talking about. What would be better for me at this point to put the money in so I can add more in each month.
Thanks in advance.
