I am thinking about quitting my job and rolling my 403b over into another account.?

I dont know what to do with it. I have about 50K invested in it and just am totally burnt out at my nursing job. I have invested in some bonds and have savings and plan to put my future tax returns into a Roth. I want a less stressful job with a smaller company who probably does not have a retirement account. What should I do with this 403B?

I had a 403b from my previous job. I rolled it to and IRA with another brokerage firm just. I would not leave my money at the old job--if you don't want to be there why would you want your money there
