My husbands has fairly good credit but minds is very bad im want to know if i can file for bankruptcy without him?

Talk to a bankruptcy attorney. It will only benefit you to file if you owe a lot and can't pay. Also, they've changed the laws to where you have to prove that you owe more than you can pay. Only an attorney can give you the right answer. And you can rebuild your credit after bankruptcy.
