Hi, I have to pay the outstanding balance on a car finance agreement whihc is approx £5k. I have exhausted all ways to recover this through an insurance policy and now need to face up to paying it.
I'm reluctant to take out a loan to pay off a loan as I recall this is financial suicide. Sensible suggestions welcomed - many thanks. Steve

Hey, have you ever tried those dumb money making programs online? Yea, well I have spent the last of my money trying to find a decent site that would lead me into making money. It turned out that all the sites i bought had some kind of "sick" catch and they robbed me of my money, and wouldn't refund. The Key Club I am in (in high school) is a fraud and doesn't give schollarships as promised. Im about to start MCJ, Modesto Junior College and I need all the support possible. If you can, please donate. If you are interested, tell me and ill give you my address.

Ok, here is my question...so you guys have gotten a payday loan before to try and make ends meet right?? and like were there any of you that could not pay for it, or at least have trouble paying for it?? so what happened, did any of you go to jail, did they try to get you for fraud, or what happened?? have any of you got a payday loan over the internet and just gave them your checking account number and let them deposit into your account, and when you had trouble paying for it what happened?? did they try and press charges against you??? please i want to hear about your bad experiences with payday loans...i want to read something outhere that i know i'm not the only person out in this world that is getting harassed over a stupid payday loan.....please anybody....

i joined a book club with a special introductory rate of £1.99 for 3 book with the agreement to buy four more books in the following year. as it was a small amount i forgot about it and i was late paying it. which is a big mistake i ammitt. i then received a warning sayin that if i did not pay the amount by the 22nd augest '06 i would have to pay the full price of the book costing about £50 odd. so i sent a payment slip which had my card details on and the money was tacken out of my account on the 25th aug the bank said that it would take four workin days to clear out of account(meaning it was cashed 21st)...long story , writen a letter to the debt company. no reply, went to CAB who rang the company and the lady said that it went on my account (with them) on the 22nd the same day they added the rest of the money. they didnt send any thing to say they received the £1.99. all im asking is in your opinions the fact that they received it by the 22nd should they have added the rest of bill?
