going back to work after 12 yrs and have no clue what to expect since i won't get that first paycheck for about 3 weeks....was wondering if it is worth it or not.
there is no state tax here.

I want to open up a savings account in my name along with a friend's name. I do not wish for him to know about this at this time, as it is to be used for emergencies, or in my absence. I want both our names to appear on the account with full privelges to the account as myself. Trust is not an issue here, just wondering about the likelyhood and how to go about this. In the case of something happening to me, he would automatically assume the account. We are both adults and so minor age issues do not apply here. Eventually I would like to give this account over to him, would like to keep this between myself until that time comes. Is this possible, and how do I go about this when I go to the bank? For anyone who has done this program - do his baby steps allow for a small spending allowance? Like for vacations, travel, eating out once in a while? Or is it only a "save save save" type of program?

I ask because I know for us (and probably many others) it's completely unrealistic for us to never eat out or go to a movie, etc. I don't want to start a program that we are destined to fail. Thanks!

If we join the "program" on his website, it's $90 for a whole year.

BUT I can buy the book and workbook online for less than $30 combined total.

Do we really need to do the whole program or are the books good enough?

It s alarming the number of young adults who file for bankruptcy.Because it looks like the easiest way around, personally I think people take the system for granted. Wouldnt it be the best idea to take responsibility , work hard and pay the debts off? What are your ideas?

Where can I get a real $3,000 personal loan with bad credit. I completed a bankruptcy due to divorce a while back. Since then I've been able to get a new car and apartment, but I can't seem to get a personal loan. I have no problems paying the loan and my new income more than qualifies for this type of loan. I've applied a a few places and was turned down. I'm tired of checking out places online that promise and personal loan that turns out to be a payday type loan. I want to seriously know if there is a place in California or on the internet that will give someone like me a real personal loan. There has to be some place the give this type of loan to people with my credit background. Please don' t tell me not to get a loan and all that other nonsense, I have no problem paying this loan back with in 4 months time and the only reason I went bankrupt is because of a x-husband who refused to pay his half of our bills since I left his cheating butt. Loan to take care of a serious situation.

Need help before loosing my home, after taking in roomate, who took everything, now I am facing eviction and need a small loan of $2500.00 to pay up before being evicted myself. I have no checking or savings account and can only pay back about 50 dollars a month.
