i keep getting mail about a subject (political), that i don't remember ever having it requested. How can i delete it in a way that i don 't receive this kind of mail any more...thank you

you can block the address.
Go to you mail account, click 'Options' located towards the right top, click 'Block Addresses', type the email address, click 'Add Block'. Viola!!!! No more email from that address.

scroll to the bottom of the message - usually, there's an "if u would like to unsubscribe..." or something with the same meaning there.

turn on your spam filter,and mark that email as spam.
