I am in Ch 13 and find that I also have to let my house go. However, I am worried about foreclosure. What problems have you had, anything you would have done differently? I have legal council, but I want to make sure I ask the right questions. What do I do about home owners insurance, how do I get answers from my mortgage company, etc.?

How smart or how stupid is it to borrow from my 401 to pay off debts..it will be about $10,000.00... For the record, I have my max going into IT each week as it is. but we are expecting our first child and we have learned our lesson with our stupid spending. Our credit has suffered for past mistakes, and we now need to clear it all up and get into shape. Opinions...input..have you done this before? how does it work? what are your experiences? was it a good choice, would you do it again if you had to? Thanks in advance.

We charge a lot, and pay all our monthly bills, on a single credit card and pay the balance in full each month. In a year, we charge between $100,000 and $120,000. What are the best loyalty programs or points programs out there for someone like me us with this spending level?

Last week, I sat down with an asset mgr/stockbroker type person and they said I may want to put that $ 5,000 into a MMMF (money market mutual fund) with check writing privileges so that I it will earn more interest. So I did that........now I wonder "If the stock market should suddenly go Down, could I lose some of that $ 5,000 ??? "
I am now concerned about losing some of my $ 5,000.... if the stock market does badly.

What formula do you use to break it down in to what you get in your pay check every week before taxes or after taxes?
