Payday loan places might, if you have a job and other requirements, but this will be a small amount and the interest rates are ASTRONOMICAL. Be very very careful at these places. It's called "predatory lending" - they are preying on you as an easy victim because of bad credit. Make SURE you will be able to pay it back on time because your financial and legal options are all signed away by you when you get the loan.
Tread carefully and good luck.

Search for alternate solutions and see if you can tap the solidarity network.
Because anybody you don't know personally (and some you do) who's willing to grant an unsecured loan to a person with a bad rating, unless the sum is really trivial, is all too likely to be a loan shark. You may get your loan, at punitive conditions that come under the definition of usury, and if you default, you may discover that strong armed collection tactics are not just in the Sopranos.

sorry to say that if your credit is under 600 now in days you cant get a unsecured loan from any bank out there.
You will need to secure it or get a co-signer.

i keep saying these 2 points
1 no-one will lend to you with a bad credit rating unless its secured.
2 people lending unsecured want good credit ratings
technically the same point, but so important to this question, its worth mentioning twice. if you cant do it secured, i dont think you gonna get much joy. you could try rebuilding your credit score with a pre-pay credit card, it worked for me

It depends on how big the loan is. There are loan sharks that will extend credit, but you will pay for it dearly.
