GOOD QUESTION !! I am heading to London and Norway... I will be checking it out when I get there to see if I can open accounts there.

Wish I had an answer for you, I think I will put this on "watch" and hopefully someone will give us all a good answer !

I am trying to do the opposite, They said I need a Louisiana piece of ID. We could open one for each other :) but I don't get it, why do people have accounts in the Caymans if they don't live there? Different systems?
