I'll give you several helpful sites on retirement planning. The Dave Ramsey site has suggestions on HOW to start budgeting and saving, and the other sites are good step-by-step investmentsites.
Unless you are well-educated on the different types of retirement savings, and their possible tax benefits, I wouldn't go with a do-it-yourself type service. Get some advice so that you're in the most advantageous savings vehicle for YOUR situation. Most importantly, check out more than one company and compare fees, interest rates, etc before you do anything.
