I'm doing a business project. Break-even pointi s included in it. Do we need to know how much we paid to buy the products or bring them in to calculate the break-even point or make the chart? I know we need the fixed and variable costs, how many units were produced, total costs and revenue.

I'm a restaurant owner that has been in business for almost 4 years. I need an influx of cash for some remodeling, etc. I know there are all kinds of programs for restaurants through credit card volume, but besides these, does anyone have any personal experience with an investment/funding company? My company is an LLC and my credit is fair-poor. I'm looking for around $60,000. Thanks for any recommendations!

There is a company called Instant Financial Services out of Chicago with a web address of www.instantfs.net. They claim I could get a $5000 loan at 7% repayable over 5 years. But to get the $5000, I first must Western Union them more than $800 as "colateral". Anyone have an answer on how to find out if this company is real, if the web address is scam waiting to happen. Thanks

I'm working with a leasing company and they had me sign lease documents and deposited my deposit check. Now, 3 days later they want an additional guarantor for the lease. Can they do this? Didn't they accept the terms and conditions of the lease when they had me sign the documents and deposited my check? Please help.

I just opened a new checking account and am lost in all the details. How do I write the checks? What do I do with all this other stuff I have in my checkbook (adds and duplicate checks). I haven't ever used checks before and am really new at this. Until now i've just used a credit card and cash. Any information would be helpful.

Okay so, i have 2000 pesos. I went to a currency exchange place to get my *Money*, and they said it was outdated. My mother said maybe it was because the money changed. I agreed, since its dated 1985. But she also said what if she went to mexico back then and exchanged money and now she wants it back? she said maybe there is another way to get it exchanged. Can someone please tell me where to get it done (im in northern MI.) Or why we cant? Whats the deal of 'outdated'? Please and thanks.

If they are selling the forever stamp for .41 cents, the price the stamps will go up and if you purchase this stamp for 41 cents forever, no matter how much postage continues to go up - if that is the case why not just leave the price of stamps the same.
