1. Greed factor
2. Wrong information
3. Government agencies indulging in manipulative activities
4. Political interests in Capital Markets : POLITICAL INTERESTS : POLITICIANS (PERSONS ELECTED BY PEOPLE WHO ARE SO CALLED STATE HEADS OR CABINET RANKED MINISTERS)
5. Promoter's & operator's Manipulations
6. Lack of financial reserves with investors
7. Lack of Patience

They buy what they hear or read in the newspaper..like the hotest company or product..they get the news after the company has had a success and the stock price is at it's highest. The next thing is they don't diversify and allow the investment to grow.
