When an EMR product is sold and financed through a leasing company, and the EMR vendor closes shop, what recourse does the end user have?

Especially when there is evidence of fraudulent activity by said vendor smeared all over the internet?

I'm just curious, but why are the school supplies so cheap in the summer back to school sales? Doesn't Staples lose money if it sells its 8 pk pencils, pencil sharpeners, etc. at 1 cent? A lot of those things are made in China, but the same things sold in China isn't that cheap, plus there must be a transportation cost from China to US, and some government taxes. But, anyway, if the stores sell the school supplies at a cost, why would they do that?

Hi,
I just started college a week ago and i have no computer. To be more specific, no laptop.
I've stated earlier that i was in college so i think it is implied i am broke. =P

I have been going to different websites (bestbuy, circuit city, dell, sony, ect.) to try and finance a laptop. I have been denied at all of them except Best Buy which gave me a $200 limit, unfortunatley not enough to get a laptop for school.

It is a real problem for me because i have to use the university computers for writing papers and homework. If someone has any advice or help it would be very much appreciated.

P.S. Asking family for help is not an option =/

All other mail to same destination takes 1 day. Mail from Netflix, one day. Movies returned to Netflix, sometimes take 7-15 days to get back there. No other mail ever gets delayed that long. Seems USPS employees are opening the mail, borrowing the DVDs, then returning them.

I have an overdrawn account at 5/3 that is about to close out. It is a long story but I am disputing the overdraws and have not paid anything on it and dont plan too unless they work something out with me. But anyway I have a check that was written out to me that is a 5/3 check...2 party. I am having a hard time cashing this check since I am overdrawn there. Does anyone have any ideas how to cash this without having to pay a fee. The check is only 30.00 and they want to charge 10.00 at another bank or wont even cash it at all since I dont have an account there. I have not encountered this problem before and was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to cash this without the hefty fees. Or know anywhere that the fees arent crazy. I know about having someone cash it for me, but I have heard that I cannot just sign it over to them without having to be there myself with an ID. Then if I do that they check my ID and wont cash it. Please help me. It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I registered with the 'Do not call Registry", however it seems not that telemarketers found another way by conducting surveys. I received 2-3 almost everyday.

People hoped to have better credit to refinance, or hoped to sell their house at a profit. Or they lost a job.

A false economy is one without LEGS to support it in continuity. In 1929 not enough PROFIT supported sustainability of companies and the value placed upon them. Or no one was there to buy into the pyramid scheme.

Dot Coms had no profits, 2000-2001 fallen economy. PLUS, technology reached SATURATION, until the better came thru the pipelines in 2003-2004. Now, more areas need more Technologies, i.e., faster better computers, other software needs.

Investors/homeowners hope to sell to another for a profit. With no buyers, prices fall. How does SUPPLY/DEMAND affect YOU? thanks

Hi guys,
I am doing a maths assignment at the moment and in one of the questions, I need to find out more about the Euro. It says;

In January 2002, 11 countries in Europe changed from their national currencies to a common currency called the Euro. This had a mixed reactionall over the world, especially in Euope and the United Kingdom.
Find out some more about this and make some notes.

Can you please help me with this and tell me some more information about the Euro?

Thanks
