The Serial number on the right side is NJ8782706
Do you know how rare this is?
Do you know the value of it?

It is only one bill not two separate bills.
The Serial numbers on them do match from the left side to the right side

Something like this would sell for $20 - $25 on eBay, perhaps more. Notes with mismatched serial numbers are quite scarce.
For the first responder: Error banknotes are still legal tender and can be spent anywhere. The question is: Why would you want to?
For the second responder: A bank would know nothing about errors. A coin shop would be a much better bet for any error, not just this type.

Go to a bank and ask them, they will be able to give you a general idea. I am assuming you are Canadian.

thats rare but not valuable u could get in trouble for spending both of them tho
