companies constantly use the "to keep prices down, and to remain competitive" excuse for the outsourcing of American jobs. I just returned from the mall, and found that I could not purchase a single "made in the USA" shirt. however, there were plenty of shirts made in southeast asia. most of these shirts were approximately $50, I would imagine that someone in southeast asia is making about 10 cents an hour, and can probablly produce 10 shirts an hour. with labor materials added to the equation, the shirt probablly costs about a dollar. yet it is sold for $50. Does anyone see the irony here?

My father died when I was 9, leaving life insurance money to me in trust of my grandmother until I was 25 years old.Well, I am 24 now, will be 25 in Jan., and I am going to want my money when I turn 25. Let me say over the past 15 years, my grandparents have not kept in contact with me. I have called them maybe 5 times, and went to their house unannounced once. I have asked about it, and she said well all she will have to do is write a check. I want to be able to see finiancial statements, because I feel as though I am entitled to all interest earned. I do not think that they should keep any of my money, but I have a feeling that this is what they will try to do. How do I go about doing this delicately?

I have hard earned ship series notes in singapore.There was no notification or publicity in the media but a new series of currency notes were introduced in singapore.I think before introducing euro or iraq currency there was adequate information given out to the world.I am wondering how to convert my hard earned ship series notes as it is my precious savings of my life time.Really I don't understand how a genuine guaranteed note from the government mint loses its face value.

I started to get mail for someone else with a similar name to mine. I guess his name is attached to my address in a sort of general database somewhere. Mail is coming from everywhere, including medical journals, credit cards, businesses, retail, etc.

Not only is this annoying, but I'm afraid that this person might not get important mail. Has this happened to anyone out there, and is there like a general place where I can write to and correct this, instead of having to mail each specific company or business?
