this is 36 mounths contract and have pay for 14. is the dealear going to charge for a pelanty of the remaining mounths?

It counts as a voluntary repossession on your credit. Call the finance or leasing manager see what your options are. Look at your lease agreement see if it's transferable.

you have already made the mistake by leasing a vehicle, sorry; but your question should be how do I get out of this lease with the least amount of loss to yourself.

probably not, especially if you get another car from them. ask them and find out.
