west way company at london made lottery and my mail address won with 850,000,00$ is that true

They want your personal information so they can get a passport in your name and blow up something, or take a loan in your name, or drain your bank account.

If you had entered such a lottery, you'd know it, and not ask here. How do you think you won a lottery you didn't enter? The answer is, if you respond, YOU are the prize.
