if ebay charges me a final selling fee, and the selling and buying was later then cancelled by the buyer and seller, how do the seller tell ebay that the selling was cancelled so he or she can avoid the fees of final selling. thank you

If an acquiring company purchases the target company's debt and/or preference shares (along with the ordinary shares), would this reduce the target price than if ordinary shares were only acquired?

Would we expect to see the price reduce by the equivalent amount of the target's balance sheet value of the debt and/or preference shares compared to the situation of only the ordinary shares being acquired?

I wanted to know if anyone had any idea if it is illegal or problematic to put a stop on a check of a car I had just purchased from a used car dealership. The owner did not mention that the car had transmission problems, and now the transmission is about to go. I realize I should have noticed this problem, but when I drove it I didn't drive very fast because the dealership said they needed to put new brakes and routers on. Therefore, I didn't get a chance to see how well the car shifts at high speed. As far as I know you can pour certain things into a car to help the transmission work temporairly as well. Anyhow I figured maybe I can put a stop on the check, and go speak to him claiming that he did not inform me of the problem.

If the business plan deals with the service aspects of the health care industry, all the better, but I'll take whatever I can get.

Most of the biz plans on the net are "edited" or condensed versions of plans and induce people to buy softare applications, etc. in exchange for seeing more of the plan.

I've got a friend who asked me if I had a copy of a business plan she could use as a guideline for writing her own plan, but I can't locate the plans I wrote years ago.

Any help / direction anyone can provide would be most gratefully appreciated.
