There are three ways that come to mind.
1) borrow the rest
2) purchase something that you can sell at a profit.
3) beg, using the 15 cents as "seed money" in your begging cup.

you must have some snorkel pents
the fuzzy stuff inside your shoe...
sells for 1 and maybe 2
they smell so nice and are very handy
some say they even taste like candy
but if you sell them all, oh my !
what alot of time goes by...
and you may think after all your strife
that just perhaps,you missed some life...

invest in commodities on the stock market. My ex boyfriend did it and he made a ton of money.
