I have had them for a while one of them is a little worn but the other one it looks new not torn or anything like that.

Silver certificates expired years ago. They are only worth anything to a collector. If it is a rare year, or in new condition, or both, they will be worth something, otherwise, they are between 50 cents and 5 dollars.

Try www.banknotes.com they have a lot of information on collectible bank notes. Also if you live near a major city you might contact a stamp & coin store.

Connect with the company that issued the certificate. Failing which you may contact any bank and have it value.

Its face value is one dollar, unless it is a collectable, then it could be worth more.
