I'm turning 18 soon and i would like to buy a new car since i feel the one i bought when i was 16 is going to die soon. What is the best way to build up my credit so i can get an auto loan? I already have saved around $5000 from a job i have been working at for 16 months but am looking at a car that is around $15000.

Does transfering a credit card balance from a credit card company which charges a high interest rate to a company that charges a lower interest rate affect a person's credit score?

Due to illness and having to give up a good paying job. I don't see me ever being able to pay off some credit cards ever. its been 5 years on some now. Is there a time limatation where this goes off your credit rating ? The interest has added up and just keeps going up.At some point do they give up and count this as a loss? Or does this just continue all your life untill you pay it off? if so I'm in major trouble. I have not and will not regain my health to the point of being in a point in my life where I can get these paid off.

Ive got someone from a law firm calling me and saying that if i do not pay my balance they will sue me. Does anyone know exactly what a judgement entails? Can they come after my wages? Ive heard too that if there is a case it needs to be in my area (within reasonable traveling distance) they are on the west coast im on the east.. what are the chances of them even comming out this way? Even if your situation is a little different than mine. Please tell me about any thing that happend to you regarding these credit problems. Thanks
