OK this is a strange question I admit, however i've been noting just how big our houses are compared with other folks around the world ( I live in Texas hah i know) but really folks, take the ultimate challenge, can your family or yourself picture living in very tight quarters, saving a ton of energy and basically leaving a smaller footprint on this earth where it starts?
this is my first question ever, so i appolpgize ahead of time

I am tired of being rejected by hiring mangers. They think they are superior because they have a job. They like to belittle vulnerable applicants. They are just little worms who had a little luck. So, big deal they have a job. Maybe next time they reject me, I will offer to feed them a knuckle sandwich. I will make those worms so frightened that they will make me a job offer.

you have just been hired as a financial adviser by a gold mining company. In order to guarantee its revenue for the current year, the company has sold call option on gold worth 150% of its annual production. These call options have average strike price of 5% above the current market price and mature in
the next year. There is a rumor that a central major bank will soon announce a halt in sales of gold, what do you advise your client and why?

I have a LOT of stuff I need to sell. Household items, furniture, some fine furniture and art, clothes, electronics, and junk. Really an entire household of stuff. Should I just have an "estate" or tag sale, or have an eBay company take it all for 30%?

I am 46 and some friends encouraged me to learn on how to become a Windows System Administrator. I am preparing myself for 1 test SQL Server 2005 certification. Also I was told to learn Msql on linux. Will all that be enough to get a job as System Administrator? I have been around Pcs for 10 years but never did anything professional with them. I am giving myself 1 year. Where should I go? Is it realistic at my age to start that? Please give a honest answer. Thx guys.

What are your savings strategies? Tips?

Do you have different sub-accounts that you label for example... travel, gifts, emergency, etc... ?

I heard it was good practice to keep different accounts but isn't it hard to manage, keep track of it and know how much to allocate in each ones?
