What are some of the questions that the Employer asks the most. I've been having some interviews lately, but i cant seem to land any of the good jobs. Just the low paying ones. How can I better prepare my self to land those good paying jobs. I want to have a general idea about what to say to the most asked questions. I really want to land a good job.

I have a repayment mortgage and have done for 4 years. It seems odd that other buy-to-letters don't do this. I don't understand. What type of mortgage set up should I have? How do people make money in property? IS there a secret I don't know about!!!? I'm sure it all comes down to financing etc.

The recession has a lot to do with credit and printing excess dollars out of thin air and backed by nothing.

Both are symptoms of banking and Federal private bank control.

What would better serve these banks and elite more than to have our economy fail.

Then they could introduce a new Union - a joining of Mexico, Canada and America - an international Union trade agreement and a new monetary system by introducing the Ameo - one currency.

Then the banks the banks have two new large territories they can get into to reap their greed.

Our fall is their gain, so how anyone can say that it doesn't exist and that it has not been planned is crazy!

It is in their best interest - not ours!

They don't care if you believe it or not

I was so sick for a few days that calling in to work was the last thing on my mind, so obviously I lost my job there, which I was quitting soon because they refused to move me part time. Let's just say there's some bad blood there and i'm still so sick I can't even get out of the house. Is there any way I can have someone go get my paycheck for me? Is that allowed? I would call but I can barely talk my throat is so sore!!! I need the paycheck because i'm quickly running out of money for food!

I see there are background checking companies on the internet. How do the hospitals check/what companies do they use? I feel I have gotten turned down for positions I should not have and I need to know if there is something in my background checks or otherwise that I should know. I know I am a good person. I am a thoughtful/hardworking health care provider and I feel I should be employed full time. I appreciate your response.

Just out of curiousity, if you have your own business -- can your business pay for your child's daycare? --- if so, can you itemize those expenses on your taxes for your business? -- and if you can do that, on your personal tax return, can you take advantage of the child tax credits of $3000 per kid?

I have a client who owes me over $1000.00. It's been well over 45 days, the work (graphics for 20ft banner & web design work) was turned over to them in good faith and I have emails to confirm they received everything. There was a time crunch due to a convention they were attending. In the past they have paid me on time, now they won't even return my emails or calls.

I am being patient and have sent them the invoice 3 times. I'm wondering at what point would be a good time to file a small claims lawsuit against them to collect the money owed. Also, I would like to know if I can include time spent putting the paperword together in the claim. It will take me about an hour and a half to make put everything together. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for your help..

I recently moved into my own apartment in Feb, 07. okay i started a new job as well. And when i filled that my w-2 i think that is what it is. i claimed my self. so i could have a lil extra money to get on my feet. about 3 months later i changed it back to single and 0. so where they took a little more out of my check every payday. okay so my question is when tax refund time rolls around in 08 will i have to pay in or will i get money back? remember that i was only claiming my self for about 3 months. which is 6 paychecks because i get paid 2 times a month. the rest of the time i was single and 0.
I also had another job at this time working where on my w-2 with that company i was living with my parents. so on one job's w-2 iwas single and 0 and on another my parents where claiming me. will that cause a problem? i am very confused and really worried. can someone shed some light please?

I issued 2 checks for rent & pet fees almost 3 months ago. However, the apartment's management (3rd party I think) hasn't cashed it out even though funds are available. I've talked w/ both apartment & property management several times and said they would cash it. Is there a way to somehow see if my funds drop below the check amounts so they can file a bounce check, etc? What site or resource I can use to find if this situation has happened before w/ them? Seems shady....

Thanks

I have purchased items that I have purchased at a local grocery store and are just fine; the antiperspirant works, the cookies are good.

I have then purchased the exact same items at Wal-mart and they seem to be inferior i.e. the antiperspirant doesn't work and the cookies are either overcooked or undercooked.

It almost seems like the companies are giving inferior lots of products to Wal-Mart. Maybe that's how manufacturer's meet Wal-Mart's price demands?

I have a great job making decent money and my boyfriend who moved in last year also had a great job. Since July of this year he has not had a job. I pay around 1400 per month for a condo, association, and energy bills. Boyfriend does not pay me, but helps around the house and takes me out to eat. He is a gem, however, I do not want to be taken advantage of and I shouldn't be the only one paying on the condo that we both live in. I am just not sure what is fair to charge him. Most people I talk to say half. I have charged him before, and have not heard the end of it. Please help me out. Fellow Yahooher

My boiler has been broken for 3 days now, meaning no heating or hot water. The landlord has been helping me get on the case of the engineers to fix it, but as always the engineers are taking their time, they're waiting to get a part in etc. Hopefully it should be sorted by tomorrow.
Do I have a right to ask my landlord for some money off this month's rent? Even thought it is not particularly his fault and he has tried getting onto the engineers?
Don't know if i'm being cheeky or not?!
