Part of my job description is to fill out weekly reports assessing how things are going in the job place. I have a problem with one of my co-workers. She keeps assigning and obligating us to do activities as a staff, when she DOES NOT have to do this at all. (We have 2 supervisors for this). Every week we meet with them as a staff, and every week she has some dumb activity to do. I was wondering if it would be smart to write down how I feel it's really annoying having her talk down to us when she is on our very own level. She is not above us to be instructing, lecturing us as to how to do our job. If she wants to do that, then why not just apply to be a supervisor and quit undermining our current supervisors position as well. What do you think?- My supervisor would be reviewing this report with me as well. Would it be smart or dumb to talk about this?

We all know that there are so many medical practitioners especially nurses who are working abroad. The demand for health care providers in other countries became the apple of the eyes of those in the medical field. Even doctors in the country prefer to practice their expertise abroad or take up nursing for them to be able to work in other countries like the US or somewhere in Europe. But with this, is there any hope for the Philippines to improve its health services when it is currently experiencing brain drain?

I was looking into getting a secured credit card, meaning- I prepay for whatever I will be able to spend; so why is it that they have annual percentage rates for a card that doesn't even use their money? The definition of an interest rate is how much the borrower will pay on a LOAN- as this is no loan, I don't understand how this can be applied here?

I have some old bills on my credit report I'm trying to take care of.
None of the bills are interest gaining. 1 old utility bill an insurance bill and a couple of medical bills. I am trying to get all of them paid off a soon as I can. Should I pay one off before the others?

Newer bills before older bills dates are ranging from 2003 - 2005 its not a lot of money that I owe only about $700 in all.

Once these are paid what would be the best way to start building my currently poor credit. I have never had a credit card or any type of loan what so ever . Only derogatory bills.

Thanks for your advice.

This question is targeted towards students, but anyone is welcome to answer. Do you always make full credit card payment? Ofcourse, everyone probably makes at least the minimum payment due. But how often are you not able to make full credit card payment -- 50% of the time, 70% of the time, 90% of the time or very few or some other estimate. Give an answer that relates to your situation.

I am almost $4000 behind in my credit card dues but i do pay at least 5 to 6 times more than minimum due. I checked my credit score and it was 711, but i hate to pay finance charges so i was curious to know other students' situation with credit card dues.

I got stuck with a bill for $600 from a CAT scan that my insurance company decided to make me apply my deductable against. I recently lost my job and I talked to the hospital about trying to structure payment on a payment plan. They wanted me to pay $45 and I asked if I could pay less than that to stretch out the payments over a longer period of time. The person at the hospital said that if I pay less, then "the computer would kick my account to collections." When I told my wife, she said that hospitals and doctors can't send your account to a collections agency as long as you are making a good faith effort to pay the bill. Something similar happened to her a few years back for a similar amount and was able to pay far less than that amount on a monthly basis. Anyone have any ideas on this or any experience?

I've had 2 defaults on late loan payments last year. Also, i got fined by the magistrate for not paying a metro (train fare) penalty ticket which i've been told can affect my credit rating. I've paid off my credit card and loan now, but acording to moneysupermarket.com my rating 'needs improvement'. How do i do this? Do I just have to wait till it gets better?

My next statement will actually list the next wave of finance charges even though I paid the entire current balance last month. If I call the c.c. company will they tell me what I have to actually pay to get rid of the balance for good or is it in their best interest to continue to allow these roll over charges?
