I won a default judgement several months ago against a Tennesee corporation that never paid a dime. Now I find out on the Tenn. Secretary of State website that the corporation was administratively dissolved, and its assets liquidated. How do I recover the judgement? Can I recover it from the "owner" of the corporation (CEO)? or am I dead in the water?

I'm going thru a bad bump in my life...too many expenses, mortgage, new business, husband ill, etc... and I started looking for job to suplement but haven't gotten any response.
I had a friend who used to be a proof reader for a news paper check on my resume and she thought it was good. I own a small business and have helped my husband with his manufacturing company for years (we had to close it after 9-11) so I beleive I have all the experience but I feel like not having worked as an employee for some years is affecting my opportunities ..... any comments???

Ok i'm talkin about a CD you can buy at a bank.

What are the conditions of them?
are there risks involved in getting a CD?
What does CD even stand for?

Is it safe to assume as far as my understanding goes that if you buy a 100 thousand dollar CD with compound interest rate monthly with a rate of 5 % that within 10 years that 100K will turn into at least an even cool million?

Marvin is planning to open a fabric dyeing business. He plans to do large scale dyeing of both fabric bolts and ready-to-wear garments. The source of business will be garment makers and cleaners. He has worked in this part of the fashion industry and knows how much capital he will need to buy the equipment required for this specialized activity.

He has some cash, and he is trying to decide whether to incorporate or to form a partnership. What would you say to him about the major advantages and disadvantages of chartering a corporation rather than forming a partnership

I have a box of old bank statements from a banks I don't even use anymore (closed the accounts). They are a couple years old and just sitting around. I also have all my old pay stubs from old jobs from years ago. Can I throw these out or should I keep them if something goes wrong with my taxes and I somehow get audited.

I'm 20 years old and these statements and stubs go back to when I was 16 years old.

Take any 10 words from the 3rd paragraph of a story that appears on page 5 of any newspaper - then paste that info into the search engine. Do a search and flick onto the 16th top entry and just leave it there.

Hopefully the search engines that follow our movements will think that we are particularly interested in a topic and sell that piece of information on to advertisers not thinking it is pure rubbish. Therefore making a mockery of the search engines data gathering and ultimately unproductive.

Have you any ideas?

This is the first month that I'm not going to be able to pay off my credit card in full. There is going to be about $300 left on there after I pay off what I can. It says online that the 'Periodic Rate' is 0.03534%P, and that the 'Corresponding APR' is 12.90%. How much does this mean I will have to pay in interest next month when I pay off my card in full? Also, could you tell me how to figure this out on my own so that I can do it next time I can't pay off my card again?
