Maybe Master Card was unable to review your credit history and, therefore, considered you a risk. Do you have any credit history? Do you have another credit card and, if so, did you make the payments regularly and/or by the due date for them? My husband says that if you can show that you have steady income from a job, pay your utility bills, rent, etc. on time, then you should be able to reapply for a credit card.

First, please don't type in all caps. It's considered shouting and is hard to read.
Second, it means you don't have a credit history. Go to AnnualCreditReport.com and get a free copy of your credit report from one of the three credit bureaus. There's probably very little there.
You may have to take out a small bank loan and pay it back over a 6 month period to establish some credit history.

Buy a PREPAID m/c for $100.00.Spend it.Then you will have established a "credit history".They rejected you because the scums at the major three bureaus couldn't find anything on you. They enjoy "digging up the dirt" on everyone. My advice:allways buy PREPAID CREDIT CARDS,that way, you get a great "credit score" with no "dirt" on your credit record.

It means that you don't have any established credit with the bureau that they pulled. Your best best is to get a secured card to establish some credit.

It means that you don't have any credit established.
Try going for a small store credit card first, something like Fashion Bug or Newport News. Then prove that you can pay the monthly bill on time.
This will establish credit needed on the road to bigger debt, unfortunately.

start with a checking account to build up some credit that way because right now you have no credit. No credit is just as bad as bad credit to some people. good luck

Maybe you wrote your social security number incorrectly or something, because that means they couldn't relate your number, or whatever, to any credit history.
Or maybe this is your first credit card?
You work??
