It seems I remember hearing of a type of foreclosure where you simply give your house back to the bank. I know it sounds crazy but I do know there are different types of forclosures. Also does it make a difference what bank the home is financed through and the fact that its a manufactured home.
I hope there's some loan officers out there that can offer some insight. thanks.

Our non-branded gas station had 7 owners in 5 years. The current lease ends Sept. 30th. So, we'll own & run it.
The facts: It's been poorly run / closed for long periods of time. Our fuel price is .04 cents less then Mobil. The store shelves are empty, we can fill them with whatever we want to sell. They don't have lottery, atm, air (for tires). The road, busiest in the city. Our corner has a long stop light. The current hours, 5am-11pm every day. The manager is committted to stay on. They sell 60,000 gallons of fuel monthly. Inside sales under $300.00 daily.

We've just received our occupency permit & licenses from the state. We've got a good long term contract for fuel pre-paid $30,000 and EFT going foward. We were approved for 7 day Beer/ Wine license and ordered an ATM.

Now, how do we get these cars off this busy road and onto our property? How should we market to the surrounding community? What can we do? "Under New Management" sign is still there from 2 owners ago... HELP

heres the deal ... a guy and me were sposta split the full amt of cashout settlement for a bike that was totaled and purchased thru salvage by a third party .... k the guy i have a conteract with to split it, sold it for 4300 and we owed another somebody 1000, so out of 3300 im to recieve 1650 but he itemized for me a payout of 1700 total then out of that charged me 1200 for rent ( not part of our contract) he sent me the remainder if 500 in a money order .... well i need to use the money dont wanna send it back but im still owed the other 1200 because rent was not mentioned in contract or at all so how do i cover my rear so i can go after the rest but still be able to acces what i have now ? i was thinkin if i just deposit it noting ...
for deposit only but not accepted as payment in full. and dont even put my signature on it ...that should be good .... yes or no ... any suggestios or knowledge on this would be so appreciated greatly

I'm considering buying some beachfront property in the mid-atlantic region. It certainly seems that there is a definite trend toward more hurricane activity. Beach erosion alone would be a major concern. Its been our dream to own a modest home on the beach. It would be our only home. I wonder if I wouldn't be taking a higher risk considering the evidence that the storms are escalating in number and strength. Any comments? Thanks.

I have received 4 seperate AWARD NOTIFICATIONs mentioning I won anywhere from 956,420. GBP to $2,000,000
and three have phone numbers of courier services in the UK.
One is TNT in Manchester, another is International Courier in
London. One mentions a .01 tax due to nou UK residents supposedly a law was passed and payable to the Inland Revenue Board.
Is any of this legitimate? Are they all scams? Please inform me of your results with these organizations.
