We have read so much about Mrs Ann James & Chris Perry. Ann James' ID is loan_2009@yahoo.com & Criss Parry's ID is chris_perry555@yahoo.com. These both are real money lender or they are just scammers

before you borrow money from ANYONE, check them out. Do they have a formal business organization ? Does it have a rating ? Are they willing to give you names and phone numbers of satisfied customers?
What are their rates and terms, and for how long are those rates and terms guaranteed not to change ? Any hesitation by anyone to give you all the information you want or need to make an informed decision is a MAJOR RED FLAG. Do not borrow in haste and repent in leisure.

LOAN SCAM - Do Not Pay UpFront Fees.
Do not send money UpFront via Western Union or MoneyGram to any person or business in the UK, Nigeria or Canada in hopes of getting a loan. If you do you will learn a hard lesson & never see any Loan money.
Advance-fee loan sharks are preying on unwary consumers, taking their money for the promise of a loan or credit, and leaving them in hot water. The scam artists often impersonate legitimate lenders to entice consumers into falling for their bogus offer.

They are scammers.....and so is "Rachelle Patterson" who posted above me. "Rachelle" is probably a 32 year old male sitting an internet cafe in Lagos, Nigeria.
