What would happen if everyone in the United States chose 10 people out of the phone book in alphabetical order and sent $1.00 to each of these ten people. Then next month start from where they left off and sent another set of ten people $1.00 and so on and so on? If each of us did this I think we might all be rich in no time or at least have all our bills paid. What do you think? Just a curious about question. Mike

Hi Everyone!! I have a question and would like everyone that wants to answer, to give me your honest opinion or any suggestions would be great!

Some years back, my daughter and I had a bakery business together. It was really doing well but unfortunately the landlord was dishonest and we had to close shop. I don't have the financial means to start the business back up, although I wish we could, we were very popular with the customers. Anyway, I would like to share some of our recipes or maybe a website perhaps. Any suggestions?

I am 20 years old and applied for a Chase Student credit card and was accpted. I've had that card since early 2006. Then comes First Premier credit card, biggest mistake of my life they are such a rip off. I got them in late 2006. I got tired of all the fee's so I canceled the card with a high balance. I also got a Platinum Visa Card that i wanna cancel but only had it a month with a high balance on it. If I dont have the money is it best to cancel both the cards pay off the balance and start over again with just my Chase Card which I've had the longest which dosen't have alot of fees. Im still young and dont intend on getting a mortgage or loan anytime soon. I wanna start over with one credit card. I also have a FingerHut credit account in good standing with 0 balance. If I cancel both the cards now, how long will it stay on my report?? What would you do in my situation? Please No copy and pasted articles or links, I wanna read real peoples opions and hard cold facts.

Has anybody ever bought real estate and then rented out each room individually? Do you generally make more money this way or is it about the same as if you rented it out to a tenant? I know Don Barden began to create his wealth that way. I figure this would work best in areas of low income people, and college students. Probably risker but is the markup greater?

where was the govt at when all of these mortgage companies gave out high interest loans that shouldnt have been done in the first place? should the govt. help people who are going into foreclosure because of high interest? where are the over 1 million people in foreclosure going to find homes, whos credit will now be worse? isnt it the job of those mortgage companies to ensure that people are financially sound enough to handle the payments, now because of their bad judgement many families are left with no where to go? do you think the govt should step in and help those people? those people will now have lower credit scores than before and have a hard time finding any housing... what is the govt going to do about the increasing number of basically homeless people due to this problem?

I had a bankruptcy in2005, but now I get job interviews that are very positive until they see my credit and then all of a sudden they are not interested. I have children to support, but I am only able to find jobs willing to pay 12-13/hour. I can't pay my bills on that income, and it is illegal to live in your car in the state of Illinois. I have an AS in Accounting and I am currently taking online courses for my BS.

I also am without a residence right now and no appartments will take me. My credit history up to about 6 months before the bankruptcy was very good - and I am in my 40's.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I am researching a Company called "Private Equity Intelligence" (www.prequin.com) that are based in London. I have looked at their website and unfortunately it gives me very little information about the company's background. What I need is: when was the company established, by whom, how many employees they have, what their annual turnover is etc.

Where can I obtain such information???
