I think its great and to the point. However, if you really felt a connection with hr person or with the company -- try to include how it fits you, or what you like about it, or how your skills can help the company, etc...some comment or paragraph explaining a more personal connection to the company.

Let them know how interested you are in this position and go into a little more detail about what intrigued or caught your attention during the interview.

Change the ending to something like this: My skills and experience working in offices such as yours would minimize your training time and expense. I welcome the opportunity to show you what I can do. Again, thank you for your time and attention.
