Please note the point that I have duel citizenship, retired after a long service with the State of WA, which has no state taxes. Still having my savings in the US banks on which I am paying taxes on its interest. The State is deducting federal taxes on my monthly checks, and I have been submitting my annual taxes on April 15 like every American even as I am not living in the US any more. Do I have the right not to pay taxes on these items as long as I am not living in the US, could I be exempt, and if could this be retroactivly? Again please note that I have duel citizenship would this be a reason not to be taxed on my retirement income. Please let me know where I stand from the IRS, what to do and where to start. Hate to bug you but I just wanted to lump all facts in this format once and for all. Thank you. bb.

I was fired on May 17, 2009. The reason for this was as follows: A note in my handwritting was found beside a computer at the store where I worked. Another employee found it on my day off. It was an address to an adult website and my personal ID number. Must have fallen out of my pocket. The employee who found it proceeded to open it and spread the contents to the rest of the employees. Made me a laughing stock and I got fired for being on an unauthorized website. The thing is, I never opened the site.I opened my e-mail after the store was closed, saw the site and wrote it down to look at it later at home.It was my day off and I wasn't even able to defend myself. I worked for this company for 25 yrs.I was the only HR person they had. There is no such rule (unauthorized websites) written and we all had permission to view our e-mail.I am a widow of 4 yrs, a mountain of bills and no savings. I am now losing everything!I am 54 with no job and no education Legal case or not? State of MO.

After some bad luck as far as losing my job and some medical problems, my house was forclosed and my car was repossesed and sold at auction. I am now getting statements from the lenders asking for the amount between what they were sold at and what the original loans were taken out at. Do I still have to repay these amounts? Is there a way out. Help!

I want to move out of state. After living in my house for 31 yrs.
I have so much accumalation of stuff, that I don't want to go with
a realtor and have people coming to my home while I am sorting all of this stuff to decide what to get rid of and what to keep. I figure the best way is to get an investor or rehabber that can look past the clutter and see the potential in the house.
I think it will sell quicker. I am not behind in pmts. so am not in
a desparate situation that I will take whatever I am offered for the house.

an equity line of credit of about 10,000. We have good credit but have a bankruptcy on our credit from about 3 years ago. I know that is bad but other than that everything lookd really good. Our credit score is right below 700. No one wants to help us because our home is considered a mobile home. It's bricked and considered real property. Who should we ask? Has anyone out there who has a mobile home got an equity lline of credit? Please tell me with who you did so we can call them. A direct e-mail to the company would be great too. Any suggestions? Thanks

My fiance's mother got credit cards in his name that he was unaware of. He lived in Texas with his mother, but moved to Kentucky in 2003. When he viewed his credit report, there were new accounts in Texas in 2004, '05, and '06. There was over $17,000 in debt in his name, that he did not do. His mother admitted to some of them, but wouldn't admit to all of them. He's pretty sure that she did all of it, as she has been recently arrested for shop lifting. Anyhow, his credit score is 500, thanks to his mother. He really wants to fix this without getting his mother into a heap of trouble. How can he go about reporting identity theft, without his mother getting into a whole lot of trouble? Any advice would be appreciated.
