I found this quote online
"...when it is time to close on the loan, the lender will need you to pay the interest on your loan in advance from the closing day to the end of the month..."

Is this something normally included in the closing costs?
How much normally would it be?
Is this a normal thing?

We live in a large apartment building in San Francisco, CA and recently received a letter from our landlord stating that they received several complaints about our baby crying late at night and early in the morning. They referenced a section in our lease agreement that states that we can't cause "nuisance" to neighbors and that this would be a grounds for eviction.

i sold a hat on ebay when the person reiceved it it was said to be miss shaped.saying the box was too small.?? it came to me in the very same box! .how ever she sent it back and it has since have damage to the top of the hat dented...sent in same box she complained about..i said i would not pay postage either way..now she is expecting full refund inc postage for damage she didn't mention..whats your views would like to be fair bus she seems to want more that her bus fair home ???thanks

I want to open travel agency in the future. But I don't know anything about travel agency so I will work travel agency full time or part-time. Some agent offer me one position and we will divide commision 50/50 out of my sell. Is it good idea? Because I don't know how much I can't make out of ticket. I don't have any basic salary. How can I prolong the closing for an extra month? I'd be debt free in December, but not in November, and I need to eliminate all my debt before closing on a new home. I know it's just one month, but with interest rates on the credit cards, I won't pay them off for years. The builders are adamant about closing on schedule barring weather delays or other such delays.

no disability for them yet. Have one other daughter and pets. How do I find a program to help me quickly. I need to move by june 21, 2007. Where do I start and with who. I"am lost.
