This is why I hate selling on eBay. I still do it, but get a bit stressed and nervous for some of these people who just can't let things be.

Anyway, my suggestion to you is that when you order something via e-mail (non-eBay), and it comes and it does not fit, is damaged, etc., normally to return it, you DO have to pay postage. They'll usually take it back, but they will not pay postage. For example, I just bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses for my husband from a company in Utah. They arrived and looked great! Unfortunately, he is a small guy and they would fly right off of his head when he ran. So I returned these sunglasses and was out the $8 shipping to get them to me in the first place AND I was out the $8 to ship it back to them. I did get a full refund for the item itself though. It's the cost of buying stuff off the internet, in my opinion.

That being said, some people will always think the system is unfair. You will probably get negative feedback if you do it this way. The good news is, once you get negative feedback, there is a way in which you can comment on their negative feedback (I've seen in when I've checked comments)...that way you can fully explain your side of the story.

That's really tough. I think it is basically a balance between how much you mind the negative feedback and how much you want the money for the item. However unfair it is, she will leave you negative feedback if you don't give her the money back. eBay really should have a method for solving these disputes.

I really hope you can claim it back from the Post Office like it has been suggested above. Good luck.

In a manner that's on the marketplace yet all of us pay in accordance ot how plenty we are keen to have. some are afraid to be happy reason they have jealous human beings around or they are able to't cope with others negativity approximately their fulfillment. the reality is that others purely replicate us & as quickly as we supply up resisting fulfillment we could have it. with the intention to have happiness we could continually supply up the drama. maximum individuals are terrified they're going to have not got something to stay for & they won't recieve love without the sympathy they have or the capability they have while they are offended & blaming. we've all of it if we might get our self-imposed blocks out of ways we wouls have happiness.

That's the risk of e-bay - had a similar complaint that the item wasn't as good as the photo and got a broken one back and a demand for a full refund. A***hole. What can you do? You just tolerate the risk.

Claim the money back from the Post Office if you used registered post. If not, you are in for a hard time. In my experience, the buyer always wins

Damaged in transit - she can try to claim from the Post Office - they'll tell her to get lost
