I am looking to set up a website.The site will be a wedding website ,selling a variety of of wedding items.These include silk wedding bouquets,bridesmaids accesories,handcrafted stationery and tiaras,pew bows, pew ends etc.
I am fully trained in these areas as my whole family where in the wedding business.All the items will be mail order and very affordable.
As a home business do you think that customers would buy from me if I had po box number with my business name on it.My own home address does not give out a very professional image, and I know that many of the big companies use po box numbers.

From January to August of 2006 I was on my parents' health insurance. In August I got married, went off their health insurance and moved to another state. My mom wants to claim me as a dependent in 2006 because of the health insurance; I want to claim myself as independent and married because I had a hell of a lot of financial hardship in the last half of 2006 and nobody I was "depending" on was giving me much help. What does the law say here? What should I do?

I hate this...
Ok so I have someone living in a house I own. They have a year lease which is up Feb 1st.
She has had a roomate living there and this is all known about and I have not minded as rent has been paid on time etc. Problems started this month. Rent did not come and when I called she said she mailed it. It did not come so I went to the house and some guy was there. He said he paid his share (cash) to her and did not understand why I did not get anything in the mail. Then the tenant (on lease) paid me all cash after a couple days so it was all caught up, no problem.
I do have a problem with this guy as he has moved into one of the rooms and now that I am trying to sell the house he has refused entry for showings and today had the room locked (for another showing) I have been giving notices to her (lesee) before showing. How do I get him out? 3 day notice to fix (to her, based on viloating the lease) 30 day notice? I don't mind the one girl she has but this guy is a problem
