I wanna get a pre-paid master card. I wanna use it to get a computer online from Dell. Would Dell accept it as payment? Does the pre-paid card have the 3-digit "Card identification number"?

Yes you can, and yes it does have a 3 digit CID.

As long as the card has a credit card logo and the money on it for the amount of purchase you can use it anywhere including dell online

Turn the card over, you should be able to use it to buy from anyone who accepts Mastercard.

Yes I use one for online. I figure if someone steals the card number they won't get much. .....
