I am 19, I am a single mother I live with my parents ( I have little help from them) and work full time and go to school in the afternoons. I work at a school where I am incharge of taking care of a severly hanicaped child. I enjoyed this job at the begining but now I feel like the school taking advatage of me. Because I am new. I used to have to work with her all day-7 hr day and then they brought in a gal to help me take care of her. So we switch of jobs. I take care of her for 4 hours and then she takes care of her for 2. This helped me out alot. We do various activities and we have to accomplish certain goal with this child. This student has bad hygenie issues! I feel that she is not being cared for very well at home. When i expressed my concerns, they said was that we could take care of it, by that they meant I could take care of it. I am extremely stressed, I was hired to teach her and do clean daily functions through out the day not to be a mother! I already have enough stress!

Hi! Im thinking of becoming a flight attendant. The reasoning for this is because I don't want to go to college for 4 years to get a good paying job. Flight attendants has their advantages suchs as seeing the world, great pay ($15,000-$95,000), only work for a few hours a day (depending of flight destination), but they also have some disadvantages, such as rude customers, home sick, etc. I was just wondering what do you guys think of flight attendants? Do you think they're annoying or great? thanks!

I'm looking at an ususual (to me) financial statement, where cash flow is dramatically less than profits. In what circumstances could this be true? I'd always seen cash flow as exceeding profits, because profits subtract out non-cash charges (eg depreciation and amortization). I don't think I've ever seen profits exceed cash flow though-- does this ever happen? When?

I want to purchase some items on ebay. When you put in the final bid, does that mean it "will" go for that price? Or does the seller have the right to refuse it? I see the same thing for between 200 to 5000. Just different sellers and different kinds. And when you put a bid in, do they contact you by e-mail or phone? If you are the one to get it that is.

I am trying to invest in real estate. I have found a property and even had a lawyer look at the investment, which she found to be a good find. The property is 42,000 and I am sure I can get it for 37,000. COMPS in the area have sold between 100,000-145,000 in the past 18 months.

My credit scores are all between 630 and 660. I do not have a high verifiable income, although I can verify some. I can afford payments of around 500-600 (PITI). I would also like to borrow for the fix-up. I have 5,000 down payment and would like 55,000. I am willing to pay higher interest rates, if I can get a no or low document verification loan for 55,000.

ANY MORTGAGE BROKERS OR LENDERS OUT THERE THAT WANT TO HELP?

It seems like every day I look for the career of my choice, I find that I'm upstaged by a temp agency. I've been doing temp for for a few years now, just to get by and pay off the bills until something permanent shows up. However, I've noticed an upcoming trend with America's job market

It seems as if temporary agencies are agressively pursuing career positions and are reducing them into near minimum wage rates. And companies are easily swooned towards the ability to treat temps like garbage

I recently applied to a position in Mesa Arizona about a $30,000 adminstrative position that was posted on the company website. I later got a phone call from them explaining to me that the position is NOW a 3 month temp position

More than likely, this position used to be a regular administrative position with salary. Now its been reduced to a $12 (or less) an hour job with no benefits, no mention that it was temp-to-hire

Are agencies agressively TAKING jobs instead of OFFERING jobs now?
