You should talk to co-workers and make sure that you are not the only one that feels that way. After you know that you are one of many, you should send an e-mail or set up a meeting with your supervisors superior. Tell him or her about your concerns and that these concerns are making your work environment and your coworkers environment a miserable place. You may have to put something on the line, but at least you will have put forth an effort to make it better.
