The bar in question is Firewaters of Hackensack. I would like to know who owns this bar or how to go about looking up the owner. An internet search only turns up basic information like their address and phone number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to know more about constructive eviction. Also I wanted to get feedback of any problems that anyones has had with their landlords especially if it became a legal issue. Right now I am looking to sue her on these grounds: having only one power meter box on a multidwelling unit, not giving notice before entry (came home and she was in house at 9:30pm), having workers come in at 7:30am, treating me and my roomate as one instead of seperate tenants (holding me responsible for his actions), no written explanation for withholding money/deposits just a spreadsheet with a bunch of numbers, not giving 60 days notice for eviction (she kicked my roomate out the same day she told him to move and gave me til the end of the month and has been pestering me since about when I was going to get out), not depositing security deposit into trust account (plus she didn't give me the name of the bank and address period she has 30 days to do so). HELP!!! Thank you.

USA Company XYZ who makes and sells plastics decides to open an operational plant in the Philippians. They spend over 100 Million USD’s and start production. They successfully have profitable production and sales for three years.

Meanwhile, the Canadian Government goes to war (giggle) with the USA. In this battle, Canada wins the favor of the Philippians government, and cease all land associated with the Philippians. They’re many USA citizens working at the Philippians plant and Company XYZ wants to preserve their new operations plant.

----------------------------------------------------------
1. Would the USA military be responsible to send transportation to the USA Citizens at the Phillipean plant?

2. Would the USA military be responsible to offer Asset protection to Company XYZ’s operational plant?

3. Who's responsible for the costs with such actions?

i've invested in ITC stock 4months back. I bought it at 188 and now its 169. Its been 4 months and that stock is not moving ahead as expected. I didn't expect this from 'A' class stock like ITC. There is not much competetion for its cigeratte industry and its hotel industry is doing pretty good and so does the food industry. Since so much is good about this company then why isn't this stock moving guys ?!!!

I live in an apartment building. I recently discovered that the mail carrier gives all of the building's mail to my landlord, and HE is the one who puts our mail into the individual lock boxes. I feel uncomfortable with this. I was under the impression that mail carriers were the only people able to put mail into mailboxes. It seems shady that the landlord sees all of the tenants' mail.

I have considered to possibility of investing in rental properties. One very important aspect when deciding on suitable properties is the vacancy rate in the area. Can someone point me to a website or other reference information which would contain rental vacancy rates throughout the U.S., or specifically Pennsylvania?

Neither thing is definite, but if I'm accepted into grad school, I'll have to quit the job in May. My job interview is tonight, and I won't know about grad school until March. Is it better to keep a good job? It's not what I really want to do with my life. Should I just do it for a year? Help!
