I started working with a company that has forged my name on several documents. I've been told that its all legal because whoever commits the forgery puts their initails beside it which means it was signed by someone else. I have never given this company permission to do this and I think its illegal....I don't care if they initial beside it in blood. I don't even get copied on these forged documents.

I'm trying to prepare for what is basically the job interview of a lifetime. A friend of mine recommended bringing a reference portfolio to the interview, but now I can't reach her to find out more about what exactly is in that? Can you help??? Also, any other recommendations about what type of collateral to bring to a senior level interview would be helpful. Thanks!

I have money in my small business' checking account. Can I invest it? What are the options and legalities of investing and earning interest for a business?

I've only owned my business for 7 months, and do not have an educational background in business or finance, so sorry if my question sounds dumb.

I am in my late 20s and I hear so many people say get an IRA, 401k, try saving with your bank through mutual funds, or CDs but what do I do? I just started a new job and they offer nothing. My last job had 401k and plans were already mapped out so all I had to do was contribute $100 a month. So now I am looking for ways I can save for retirement but with so many choices, and investment companies which company should I choose and once I find one what route should I take. I do not want to be 65 and still have to work 50 hours. I appreciate any help.

Hey, so I'm in a delema... I'm from MI and last summer I worked in AK. I was a musher/guide on a glacier there. I found the position lat yr online and was going crazy to be apart of it. Any ways I ended up working there fo rthe season 4 months. I got great pay and met some of the most interesting people I have ever met. I really want to go back to see my friends. The quesiton is should I go back..... I'm really struggling firguring it out. Here are the pros and cons
PROS:
great pay- great friends- learning experiance- landscape is sweet and good for my photography- best commute to work ever (heli)
-long hours (sometimes over 100 a week)
CONS: Sunburn (had ot go to the ER last summer)- lost feeling in my toes lol (got it back a month after work ended)- HARD days (weather, evil tourists, hard management)- had to melt snow to shower and then take a bath with buckets- had to sleep on glacier- weathered up (longest 21 days)- will be my 21st and its a"dry glacier"

I am a 24 year old investor. I realize that it is probable that in my lifetime I will see this happen. What can investor do to insulate themselves from this and prosper afterwards?

I am also curious to hear your ideas on periodicals, magazines, etc. You may think I would find helpful. Currently, I invest in mostly in mutual funds, but have some CDs, and bonds. I always read all the prospectus I receive, but am curious to learn more about the stock market and learning more about the management of mutual funds.

Thanks.
