The cold hard facts if your not on the loan or the mortgage. I t doesnt matter whether you payed the freaking thing or not or whether or not u have legal documentation to verify that u infact did.or if your on the title and pay property tax too CAN U CLAIM THE GOD DAM DEDUCTION OR WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is the best (inexpensive) Financial management software out there? Right now I use Microsoft Money 2005 standard. I've never tried anything else, but I don't really like it. Granted, it IS faster than hand writing everything into my check register, and it does help me see where my money is going, but first of all, it automatically categorizes my transactions a lot, but it gets it wrong a lot of the time. But more importatntly, I'm disappointed with the budget part of it. Maybe it's just because I have the standard edition, but it just doesn't seem to helpful for creating a budget. I'm looking for something very user friendly, with plenty of advice, and understanding about how humans spend and waste money...if you get my drift. It's just for my family's personal finances.

Is there anything free out there?

I m married and my mother in law wants her son(my husband) to file his taxes separately from my income taxes,does it mean our incomes are not community property?

I'm 14 and I want to model, when you model do you need to finish school? I can't see my self in the future with out modeling. I'm tall with a right body and a good runway walk plz help me answer this question. I might go to modeling school? If i know my passion is modeling, why do I need to know math? P.E. What I mean is if I made a payment in certified funds, can the landlord hold that until the FULL payment is made in certified funds.
(example I paid $1000, he keeps it and wants $1500 before he gives back $1000) Also can he still charge late fees?

I thought that if they accepted a payment they couldn't still charge late fees.

I had a situation where they sent a repair guy to my house and when the guy got done fixing the problem he wanted to get paid, they sent him out without a work order and of course couldnt be reached while the guy was there. Then wanted me to submit my receipt so they could reimburse me. When I deducted the amount from my rent they said Im in default. I think they probably billed the owner too. Pretty shady outfit in my opinion.

i enter a lot of contest threw my e-mail. and i recived a notice threw a company that i have won a large sum of money. i enter so many that i dont know if its one i entered of if its not. this company is based in the uk. and it sayes that i won threw a random selection of a computer ballot system drawn from companies and individual email addresses from all seach engines and web sites. has anybody gotten any of these emails? how do i check out if the companies legit or not? i have a few phone numbers from the company and e-mail addresses too. but they could tell you anything. i want information from an out side sorce. does anybody have any ideas? please help!
