To run a successful restaurant, you must have experience in the business. If you are a good cook yourself, it would be a very good asset.
A good location is very important for a restaurant business. If you are catering to the working people, you should find a downtown location where most the businesses are located.

Are you familiar with the business? Is the location good for business? get a name that attracts. Paint interior with orange color. On the start , open business with strategy: like discount,value meals, ruffles.
