I run a small cooking school located in Singapore and I would like to increase exposure especially for those who are leaving Singapore and want to learn how to cook our local dishes before they study or work overseas.

I'm assuming that yours is a relatively small business, and you are looking to get customer awareness without breaking the bank. A good (and inexpensive) way of getting exposure is through targetted flyers.

Make up flyers that give a good overview of class content, duration, etc., enough to entice. Just keep in mind that the more words you put on the page, the less it will be read -- so keep it as succinct as possible.

Approach local restaurants where your type of cuisine is served, and supermarkets/grocery stores that carry any specialty ingredients you utlilize in your cooking and which are frequented by the people you want to reach. Work with them to get exposure for your flyers (next to cash register, checkout, etc.) You'll be reaching an audience that is receptive, because they've already demonstrated an interest in your type of cuisine.
