I absolutely hate my job. The pay however is very good. I have been looking for another position, but have not been successful in finding one that will offer near pay I am making now, and due to bills, ect. I know how much I need to make in order to take care of those, and I have yet to find another position that will offer enough for me to make ends meet. So Leaving right now is not an option (however I still continue to look). So my question is, to those that are "stuck" in a job that you hate, what things do you do to make it more tolerable even though the thought of going to work there every day fills you with dread.

I want to plant trees on someone else's land. they sold the developing rights to the land , so it must remain a "farm" of some sort. i have lost a tree farm in the past to a former father in law, so i am looking for a way to insure that my 15 to 20 year investment will be safe for me and my children can make a profit in the future. any advice?

I did not pay taxes on my unemployment in 2003/2004. I got a letter the end of 2005 stating I owed I contacted the IRS and was told that they would stop my return. They did not and I was approved for a rapid return. I was lucky! I do not owe much sos the interest and penalties are minimal. Will the IRS stop my rapid Refund this year.

I finally sat down today with an employee who is my daughter's CNA sitter. I went through a nursing agency and hired her. The only thing the agency is responsible for is billing the insurance company and depositing paychecks into their accounts. I am responsible for signing their time cards and making schedules. I'm the client.

She's been working for me 3 months, and probably my fault for not having a clear guideline at the beginning of her employment, but I thought the New Year would be a great way to start off fresh.
She's taken 11 days off total for funeral and sick days so far.
Anyway, since I've seen an increase in asking for alot of days off, I sat down with her and went over basic things like Sick Days Off, Funeral Days Off, etc. Before I could even read through the entire guidelines, she got an attitude and started raising her voice to me. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences without interupting me. I was so upset I asked her to leave and fired her.

The company got my name through the local career center where I posted my resume. They say they can't cash money orders or checks, so they want me to do it for them. I get the money in my name, keep 10% and Western Union them the rest. I am supposed to get the first check via UPS tomorrow. I have a tracking number and everything. This company hasnt asked for anything upfront, as far as money from me. Is this a usual practice for overseas companies? I dont want to do anything illegal. And if it isnt, what should I do with the checks once I get them?

I had several items listed. One item....was broken and I could not end the auction. (It was ending soon) So I bid on it with another account. I won the auction so I still had to pay fees. No one was out of money but me because I was the high bidder. Then this lady emailed me and told me she wanted the item and she reported that I was shill bidding. I won the bid so what did I do wrong. Anyway I want to know has anyone else been suspended for this and if so for how long? And what should I do to speed up the process. I was laid off recently and this is my main income. I would not wrong people I just wanted to end the auction without someone wanting an item and me not being able to deliver. I have 100% positive feedback.

I have recently separated from my hubby after being together 10 years and for the past 8 years we have been paying off our own home. I had a great rental history when I did rent but after 8 years I didn’t keep receipts and real estates don’t keep old records of tenants, even some of the real estates I rented with when younger are not even ar4ound today.....Now that I am trying to rent again its so hard I get “no sorry” you didn’t get the place
Is this because I am a single mum or what?? They keep saying oh its harder with no rent receipts.. Doesn’t owing your own home for 8 years count?
