that is the Florida link to the state department of real estate.

You have to take the classes before you can sit for the exam. I did a one week all day class. I passed the test on the 2nd try (missed by only 2 points the first time!). It's not that difficult, but the class was about $350 if I recall. There should be a link on the site listed above with the approved courses and where you can take them.

Good luck!

Go online and search for Real Estate Schools in Orlando.
Also, look in the Yellow Pages under Real Estate Schools.

You can also call or go to real estate broker offices and ask if they can recommend the best real estate school.

Ask anyone one of your neighbors...they probably have their license.

The thing about FL is for every 1000 people, 20 are real estate agents (one of the highest rations in the US!)

there is no JOB normally in RE, unless you mean office clerk/manager. or project development . Why on earth you have a CJ BS degree and are going to the MBA makes no sense. anyway. you will have to take the equiv of a BS in marketing before you Begin the master's real classes. I will guide you and maybe joint venture with you on some projects. email me if you like

There are classes available. Some offered by brokers. The tests are easy. Making a living at it is hard.
