Can Medicaid go back and require you to repay moneys given to immediate family members as gifts?

If I buy my house at least I know there is an intrinsic value to the materials (and I can live in it). Does stock have any actual worth, besides what some other guy is willing to pay for it? (Some stocks offer a dividend, but not all of them do.)

My husband and I would like to close on a home by June. We are stuck in a leased apartment that doesn't expire till July 1st. Should we start the home buying process now? Besides inflation what other bad things could happen to the economy? I understand Congress recently ruled the government no longer has to report how much $ it can print. What risks do we face if they just print it recklessly to pay for the deficit if others will no longer finance it?

Recently I asked about taking money out of a salaried employees pay to cover the cost of payroll over-ride from hourly employees. If Manager doesnt have a contract, never had one, and nothing in writing to say you will be responsible for hourly employees if payroll goes over employers budget, can he take the money from the managers pay to cover this over-ride? Do you think I will be "blackballed" if I took legal action agqainst this sort of Payroll-Robbery? Having money taken out of my check because hourly employees sometimes run into overtime, and get paid for their overtime, but I get hundreds of dollars taken out of my check to cover it. Hope this is enough info for someone to give me advice on what to do, because I cannot afford to just quit without a back-up plan.
